Senior Fleet Operations Executive (1-year contract)
About this position
Responsibilities
Fleet Operations:
• Set up and manage communication tools and platforms to facilitate efficient coordination among fleet operators, dispatchers, and support teams.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication channels.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in fleet operations and communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
Driver Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to gather insights into driver needs and satisfaction.
• Identify and address driver concerns to improve morale and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with fleet performance, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to optimize fleet operations.
Campaign Support:
• Support sales campaigns by providing operational insights and data.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills.
It’d be Great if you have:
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and fleet management software.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, or Google Sheets.
