About this position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Control & Collection Executive to join our Finance Operations Team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts
• Keep track of delinquent accounts to identify outstanding debts and conduct collection performance report
• Provide guidance to collection team and assist the team with difficult calls
• Handle escalated cases related to collection team
• Collaborate with relevant parties as necessary
• Proactively identify and propose ways to streamline and improve collection process
• Strictly comply with the company policies/SOPs
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field
• 3+ years of working experience in accounts receivable, debt collection, customer service or any field related
• Knowledge of debt collection legal requirements is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheet
• Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated, commitment, result-oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
• Positive attitude, a fast-learner, and team player
