Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy Development
• Design and implement pricing frameworks tailored to target customers for SaaS, hardware, and integrated payment products.
• Leverage flexible models (daily, monthly, and annual subscriptions) to maximize customer adoption and retention.
• Ensure pricing aligns with business objectives, market trends, and customer value.
Revenue Management
• Develop customer segmentation strategies based on key metrics (e.g., GMV, customer size, geography) to tailor pricing approaches.
• Monitor and optimize revenue performance across product lines, identifying growth and profitability opportunities.
• Build account-level profitability views to assess the impact of pricing strategies across different customer segments.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
• Conduct in-depth research to understand market dynamics, industry trends, and customer expectations.
• Benchmark pricing strategies against key global and local industry players to identify gaps or opportunities.
• Analyze customer willingness to pay, competitive positioning, and market demand to guide pricing decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to align pricing strategies with cost structures and financial goals.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure transparent communication and seamless adoption of pricing models.
Customer-Centric Growth Initiatives
• Experiment with promotional pricing, bundling, and incentives to enhance customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities to monetize new and existing product modules, driving deeper relationships with SMEs.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in pricing, revenue management, or strategy roles, ideally in SaaS, payments, or tech industries. Experience in integrated hardware-software-payment ecosystems is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize research insights into actionable pricing strategies.
• Proven track record in implementing successful pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in financial modeling and data interpretation. Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
