Operations Executive (Partnership Performance) (1-year contract)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage, coordinate, solve problems for the restaurants. Onboarding the restaurant when join the platform, tracking efficiency in receiving-delivery orders, and taking care of the store's information.
• Analysis of data that may find improvements in the transmission and reception of restaurant order efficiency.
• Inform the knowledge about the order management system, delivery, various services, new features of LINE MAN Wongnai.
• Training and making the manuals and advice on LINE MAN delivery.
• Understanding of the LINE MAN Wongnai service to manage the restaurant in charge.
• Responsible for various projects or assignments.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations teams, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, etc.
• Able to work on Saturdays or Sundays as assigned.
Requirements
• 2 years of relevant Account Management, Operation Management.
• Have good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills and a high service mind.
• Focused and productive, good communication skills, relationship-building skills, ability to coordinate documentation, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to solve problems and have critical thinking skills in analyzing situations. Can propose a solution by good logically and creatively that real can do.
• If have experience in E-commerce or Online Platform business will be an advantage.
