Marketing Technology Manager
About this position
We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic about new marketing features and ensure a successful growth strategy. In this role, you will get to work collaboratively with the Marketing and Engineering team to launch new product features and optimize current features to achieve marketing objectives and company goals.
Responsibilities
• Go-to-market:
• Delivering end-to-end go-to-market plan for an assigned project according to the marketing and product strategy.
• Working closely with the marketing and cross-functional team on executing product features.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
• Monitor and Analyst product feature performance and suggest ways to improve.
• New Feature implementation:
• Design and manage internal workflows and processes.
• Facilitate marketing team on using marketing technology products.
• Coordinate with other departments for the special projects including experimenting with current and/or new features.
Requirements
• Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline preferred.
• Experience in e-Commerce or consulting is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a related role.
• Skill:
• Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel or Google Sheet (essential).
• Strong analytical skills and isn’t afraid of deep-dive analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL (preferred but not required)
• Attitude:
• A start-up mindset, willing to work hard, and do whatever it takes to get things done sometimes under pressure but usually in a dynamic environment!
• Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies.
