About this position

As a Communication Marketing for our POS product, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our product to our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute offline marketing events, such as trade shows, seminars, and workshops. This includes venue selection, vendor management, and coordination of logistics
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes. Manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of event and partnership goals with overall business objectives
• Manage the inventory of event supplies and promotional materials
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team. This includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Up to 1 year of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related area
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings, as required by events
