Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives and market conditions.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, safeguard brand integrity, and manage the portfolio to enhance brand equity.
• Consumer Insights: Utilize advanced analytics to derive deep consumer insights, facilitating strategic decisions and personalized marketing approaches.
• Digital Marketing Excellence: Oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, and social media strategies to maximize online presence and engagement.
• Innovation and Campaign Development: Lead the creative process for campaign development, from ideation to execution, ensuring innovative and effective market entry.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocate resources effectively, and measure ROI on various marketing initiatives.
• Market Expansion and Growth: Identify and develop new market opportunities domestically and internationally, aligning with business growth objectives.
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven leadership experience with a significant background in marketing within the e-commerce or FMCG sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing comprehensive marketing strategies and brand growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data and turn it into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Robust understanding of the latest marketing technologies and trends, with the ability to integrate them into marketing strategies effectively.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
