LINE MAN Wongnai is Thailand’s Leading On-Demand Delivery and Lifestyle e-Commerce platform services, aiming to empower local businesses and improve the daily life of consumers through technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage merchant partnership account efficiently for the Commercial team.
• Manage internal and external operations which may extend to the merchant partnership.
• Coordinate internal and external team operations for the planning and execution of each domain.
• Proactively work to remove operations obstacles, identify, and manage issue escalations, and provide support to the Commercial team.
• Ensure that all activities are accomplished within the timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Having experience in Sales Support, Operation Analyst with relevant experience in Internet companies, and e-Commerce is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google sheet and experience with large data sets (vlookup, pivot table etc).
• Understand Operations, Fulfillment and e-commerce business.
• Organized and hands-on person with great attention to detail.
• Has a service mind, strong interpersonal skills and can interact with people at all levels.
• “CAN-DO” attitude, good manners, firm ownership, commitment, responsibility, and team player.
