Assistant Operations Manager (In-App Advertising)
About this position
The Assistant Operations Manager (In-App Advertising) at LINE MAN Wongnai will focus on optimizing ad performance and improving internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
• Optimize number of Ads paying merchant and overall area revenue / merchant segment revenue
• Identify any cause of change, finding solution and act the action plan to maximize no. of paying merchant and ad revenue per business strategy
• Monitor and evaluate overall ad performance of each segmentation (Chain and Non-chain)
• Develop insightful dashboards in order to monitor performance which is taken using tools like Power BI, Excel etc.
• Collaborate with related team such as Business Development, Product, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Support to deliver business needed
• Analyse data to find opportunities and provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive the market’s demand, volume and revenue growth
• Identify opportunities from current operational process to optimize and enhance efficiency
• Plan and execute standards operation process to support and align with business direction in order to launch new products and services
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous quality improvement, process optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
