About this position

The QA & ISO System & Compliance position involves ensuring compliance with quality assurance and ISO standards, supporting quality information standards across LINDE sites, and managing ISO audit programs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform skill and knowledge of quality assurance system and ISO requirements.
• Support and provide Quality information standard to all LINDE sites.
• Ensure ISO audit program and processes are implemented and carried out accordingly as well as implement quality policies for development, manufacturing, distribution, and service.
• Act as the Internal auditor team leader.
• Key point of contact with Certified Body.
• Execute and follow up in-country audit programs.
• Manage whenever ISO requirement update and revision management.
• Be responsible to compliance with Quality Assurance and ISO system in Thailand; including local regulatory requirements and Linde internal minimum requirements.
• Implementation of the Quality strategy that is aligned to business strategies and to broader SHEQ strategy.
• Work closely with site operations, distribution, customer services and sales team to ensure effective Quality.
• Ensure that the Quality goals and objectives, as are effectively communicated and site understood.
• Coordinate with external organizations on various quality system-related matters.
• Launch all Quality project as related and ensure that all programs sustain.
• Tracking all Quality incident report to coordinated with each function to prevent case overdue in LIDAP system.
• Able to find the cause, recommend solutions and make decisions that are appropriate to the situation.
• Support evaluations from external agencies and customers.
• Coordinate with external organizations on various quality system-related matters.
• Transfers all information of document controller program to country level.
• Ensure all operations are well-organized, accurate, and effectively accessible while keeping document updated.

Requirements

• A thorough understanding of Quality and ISO standards and requirements.
• Ability to support site operations and opportunities to utilize Quality function.
• Risk Management experience and involvement in risk assessments and audits.
• To work effectively within both direct line and matrix reporting structures.
• Skills in problem solving and decision-making to find out Quality incident cause and finding from audit.
• Data analysis and reporting skills (understand the principles and methods of data analysis, as well as be able to use data to prepare reports that easy to understand).
• Skills to be a trainer (understand and be able to apply principles and techniques for coaching and knowledge transfer appropriately).
• Bachelor's or Master Degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Science or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 year experience in ISO management systems in related filed.
• Knowledge in ISO requirement and Quality Assurance standards.
• Experience and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GHP/HACCP, ISO 17025, Halal system.
• Experience in leading internal audits and managing external audit processes.
• Good in English communication, both speaking and writing.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and to coordinate.
