About this position

The Laboratory Technician (Special gases) will support routine daily production analysis activities, maintain quality systems, ensure compliance with company specifications, provide analytical support, and improve analytical standards.

Responsibilities

• To support all routine daily Special gases PG&P production analysis activities, or as directed by the Laboratory Manager or any member of the Site Management Team
• Maintain appropriate quality systems and provision of best in class, safe, cost effective, traceable calibration mixtures and analytical services, which meet the agreed PSO
• Ensure all gases products type which produced at WG comply to company specification, support PG&P site operations QC
• Providing in analytical technical supports to all TIG/Linde group staff and customers queries
• Maintain, developing, improving analytical standard system and analytical test methods.

Requirements

• Chemistry or Electrical Diploma level standard of education from Technical College or related field.
• 1-2 years related experience in instrument or quality control.
• Able to work 6 days work.
• Basic computer skills.
