General & Administration Administrator
About this position
We are searching for a General Administration & Administrator that can assist with Human Resource operations and management. Also, work efficiently with the team to contribute to the improvement of our organization.
Responsibilities
• First contact for any incoming guests, business partners, etc. to the office and direct visitors to the correct location.
• Perform general administrative, clerical, and executive support tasks to ensure organizational sustainability.
• Maintaining stocks of stationery ordering and checking in-house delivery notes & provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Handling lunch ordering/ vendors and evidence and arrange lunch menu set.
Requirements
• Having an administrative experience is preferable.
• Minimum Language Skill – Communicate, understanding and written in English on high level.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with an overseas company.
• Have skill in MS Office, words, excel, power point and other basic software.
• Well communication across functional department, open-minded, and can-do attitude.
• Fast learning, proactive, and Team working, Polite, Friendly, well structured, and Solution-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ Languages / and management or related fields.
• Good in English communication and writing preferably.
• Past administrative experience is required.
• Great interpersonal skills and friendly personality (to make good relationships with employees and pleasant impression to visitors).
• Fast learner and doer (with ability to work under pressure and multi-task).
• Service-minded, fast-paced learner, and Customer-oriented with and Can-do Attitude.
• Being a good team player & a good attitude.
• Active, High attention to details, with can-do attitude, Self-motivated and hands-on.
