About this position
การดูแลและตรวจสอบกิจกรรมทั้งหมดในคลังสินค้า การรับประกันการทำงานที่ราบรื่น และการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตในคลังสินค้าคือหน้าที่ที่ต้องการความเชี่ยวชาญของหัวหน้าคลังสินค้าที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสม
Responsibilities
• Leadership and management of Warehouse management & Supervising warehouse staffs and daily activities.
• Manage hiring, promoting, employee evaluations, disciplining / corrective action and termination of employees as required
• Leadership of warehouse and internal material flow daily operations, like:
• Daily employee resource planning
• Receiving and shipping of products.
• Picking controls and production cell replenishment including route management.
• Accurate inventory counting and reporting.
• Finish goods inventory stores/ Shipping and Distribution
• Outbound freight planning
• Owns Inventory and Warehouse management processes:
• Establish and maintain systems and procedures across department lines to ensure correct system inventory balances. Research inventory discrepancies as required and work with Inventory Specialists to determine root cause and corrective action of systemic errors.
• Establish, implement, maintain and improve all warehouse and internal material flow warehouse-related systems and procedures. Supervisor must obtain a thorough understanding of the D365 System basics including material movement, transfers and inventory transaction
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related (specified) or Supply chain management or logistics are preferable.
• Good in English communication and writing preferably.
• 5-8 years’ experience in warehouse Management.
• ERP warehouse system is preferable.
• Problem-solving skills & have the drive and energy to take initiative and solve challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate & Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Having a focus accuracy of inventory 100% & control process.
• Being a good team player, open minded, & a good attitude.
