In 1992, Mr. Chirah Chiralerspong’s daughter gave coffee coated peanuts a new lease of life by setting up a company called Lily Tobeka to create nutritious, delicious and unique snacks. Original recipes include coconut, milk, soy sauce, tom yum, wasabi and many more. Lily Tobeka also began producing a range of crackers using traditional Japanese technology.
