Marketing Manager
About this position
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, overseeing product development, executing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, collaborating across functions, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and trends.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to create innovative snack products.
• Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional).
• Manage promotional activities to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Analyze financial performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Work closely with sales, distribution, and operations teams to ensure alignment on brand goals.
• Liaise with external agencies and partners for creative and media planning.
• Track and analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on brand performance and market trends.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the food/snack industry.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
