About this position

The Specialist, IT Compliance is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and maintaining compliance with laws, regulations, and standards related to information technology, to ensure the security and stability of the organization's information systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define the scope of audits, review compliance plans, policies, standards, and practices related to information technology.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and rules related to information technology.
• Manage training and create understanding for employees involved in data security and related policies.
• Collect and organize documents related to laws, standards, and policies, along with evidence of compliance for regulatory agencies.
• Report and record compliance with standards and maintain important data related to laws, standards, and policies.
• Support the review and improvement of policies and processes based on IT changes and situations.

Requirements

• Knowledge and skills in computers/information technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to manage documents and perform Document Management systematically.
• Skills in auditing and follow-up.
• Coordination skills, ability to work in a team, and independently.
• Certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor is a plus.
• Experience in securities companies is a plus.
