About this position

The Product Manager for Renal will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets, enhancing product knowledge, and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define marketing strategies and budget plans to support sales target achievement based on the company’s guidelines
• Implement/Conduct marketing activities according to the plans and dynamic market with the measurement of ROI
• Provide market situation analysis, market intelligence, market research, and surveys to support key strategies
• Enhance product knowledge to customers and sales teams with educational programs, training, and presentation basis
• Strengthen and expand relationships with key customers
• Manage and plan for inventory on a monthly basis to ensure sufficient inventory
• Co-ordinate working with regulatory affairs and tender team
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
• At least 5 years of working experience in product marketing in the Pharmaceutical business
• Demonstrated history of managing complex projects and executing a marketing plan
• Experience in launching new products and communication will be advantageous
• Work closely with peers, team leads, and other employees/departments within the company
• Work directly with customers and partners
