About this position

The Assistant Manager - Operations (Fashions Product, Footwear) is responsible for overseeing goods movement and ensuring efficient warehouse operations in Bangna.

Responsibilities

• Take care of goods movement, goods receipt in the warehouse
• Keep records the performance on each activity for review productivity
• Keep control all process of this function is works properly on WMS system
• Identify the problem from operations procedures related to stock accuracy & propose the solution to make more effective and efficiency in operations processes
• Update day-to-day operation of moving functions are proper control
• Control goods movement, goods receipt, put away, dispatch and export activities in the warehouse
• Maintain good working relationships with all departments both company and customer at all levels
• Keep control and ensure all staffs work properly under safety requirements
• Finding SWOT of operation and finding solutions and improve operational KPIs
• Monitor performance levels of staff at all times & take appropriate action for those not conform to company policy

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or higher in International Business, Logistics or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in Inventory control, understand warehouse process including inbound, outbound, inventory management, VAS, return management
• 5 years in warehouse operation
• 3 years of e-commerce experience
• Experience and familiar with warehouse management system (WMS) and inventory control system and e-commerce
• Expertise in Excel, Power Point and able to develop operational data to be operational report, KPI report for management and customer
• High analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communicate and leadership skill
• Good command of English skill
• Good of written and spoken English
• Computer literacy
