About this position

The Equipment Engineer position at PT Lesso New Energy Indonesia involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety in a rapidly growing solar panel manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the equipment. Do a good job in the repair and maintenance of the equipment to ensure that the equipment has meets the standards; carry out emergency repairs for equipment failures, continuously reduce the equipment failure rate, and ensure the smooth operation of production.
• Do a good job in the management of spare parts for the equipment under your jurisdiction, and cooperate with the relevant department's to verify and sort out the inventory list of spare parts.
• Record and conduct statistical analysis of equipment failures, and compile major failure analysis report.
• Conduct equipment safety inspections to eliminate safety hazards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or related field;
• 1 years or more of experience in automation equipment maintenance or photovoltaic module equipment maintenance;
• Familiar with basic electrical knowledge and fitter knowledge, and skilled in using various maintenance tools;
• Proficient in using office software and capable of copywriting;
• Obey work arrangements, hard-working, and able to adapt to the 3-shift work mode.
