The Supervisor Trucking Operations position at Leschaco involves overseeing daily trucking services, managing subcontractor performance, and ensuring smooth operations at Suvarnabhumi Airport Free Zone.
Responsibilities
• To process RFI, RFQ and subcontractor’s contract
• To ensure that subcontractor daily trucking service smoothly
• To procure ad hoc inquiry and tender management
• To prepare monthly KPI report for subcontractor performance reviewing
• To ensure all necessary documents relating with subcontractor are completely updated
• To cooperate with subcontractor, Officer, Customs Clearance and CS for daily operation
• Manage over all of tracking coordinator both of Head office and Laemchabang branch
• Any assignment from the superior
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields or higher
• At least 4 years experience in related field
• Good skill in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Good command of spoken & written in English
• Good knowledge in Procurement
• Excellent knowledge in Customer Service and highly service minded mentality
