About this position

The Seafreight Import Customer Service Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating seafreight import operations, ensuring effective communication with overseas agents and customers.

Responsibilities

• Advise cargo readiness to overseas network agents and follow up shipment
• Update shipment status to customer
• Review shipping documents as well as provide overseas agent the instruction of B/L draft
• Send B/L draft to customer or shipping team to confirm
• Follow up final pre-alert from overseas network agents and send to customer and concerned parties
• Solve operational problems and decisions if any cases
• Any assignment from the superior

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field
• At least 2 years in the same field
• Good command of English (writing, reading, speaking)
• Able to work independently and under pressure
