Sales Operations & Analytics Specialist
About this position
The Sales Operations & Analytics Specialist is responsible for providing analytics on customer development, market, sales, and product data, while collaborating with various departments to enhance sales strategies and operations.
Responsibilities
• To provide analytics on customer development, market, sales, and product data for internal stakeholders via IT platforms
• To select target accounts for sales campaigns, according to lead management process
• To cooperate with other departments (Operations, Finance, IT, products) in solving problems, report status and provide proactive solutions to stakeholders
• Monitor and control contracts for Sales Department with relevant Account owner
• To create workshop material, coordinate workshops and facilitate training for Sales related topics for implementation
• To actively shape long-term strategies & improvement projects for internal/external stakeholders
• To prepare meeting agenda, summary information and issues with proper solution before and after the meetings
• To issue MOM from department meetings and conduct internal improvement meetings across related departments
• Any special assignment by superior
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in related fields
• 5 years of experience in freight forwarding industry
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Strong ability to analyze data, statistics and translate result into better solutions
• Good English communication skills
• Good experience in sales operations and management of sales projects
• Good experience in international logistics management.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power BI
• Excellent Knowledge in Customer Service and highly service minded mentality
