• Arrange booking of trucks on behalf of Customs Clearance team
• Plan & manage transportation schedule for import/export shipments
• Ensure that sub-contractor runs daily transportation services smoothly
• Optimize fleet utilization
• Prepare monthly KPI report for trucking performance reviewing
• Secure all necessary docs related with sub-contractor are completely updated
• Communicate with customer when find any problem during pick up & delivery shipment
• Any assignment from the superior
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields or higher
• At least 3-5 years experience in related field
• Good knowledge in Truck planning
• Excellent knowledge in customer service and highly service minded mentally
• Experience in Dangerous goods cargo handling would be advantage
