About this position

The Legal & Claim Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day legal matters, supporting procurement and HR agreements, and providing legal guidance to the business. This role involves collaboration with various departments and insurance companies to ensure proper claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Conducting day-to-day legal related matters and working with head quarter lawyers
• Supporting key procurement agreements
• Supporting key HR related matters
• Providing constructive and solution-orientated legal support to the business and operational units across a variety of legal matters
• Studying and analyzing legislative and jurisprudential developments proactively and providing guidance to business on how to best respond to them
• Verifying information and documents, cooperating with relevant departments and reporting the claim to insurance companies and loss surveyor
• Preparing and completing submission information for incident claim for relevant insurance company
• Cooperate with insurance company and the claimant via e-mail or phone
• Provide advice and respond any queries to relevant departments
• Ensure claims made to cover all loss / damage
• Be able to travel when needed for claims work
• Control claims process to be in a proper manner
• Any special assignment by superior

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Management or any related fields
• At least 3-5 years' experience working in Legal and Insurance Claims Recovery
• Knowledge and practical experience in the following legal areas: general commercial and corporate, contract
• Competence in communication, collaboration, accountability, problem solving attitude and hands-on mentality.
• Profound knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Good language skills, both Thai and English can be used as working languages
