Field Sales Manager
About this position
The Field Sales Manager is responsible for engaging target accounts, presenting company offerings, identifying customer needs, and providing commercial support throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
• Engage the target accounts, making face-to-face sales call appointments whenever possible, meeting virtually otherwise
• Present Leschaco company overview, products and service information, our USP’s and Value Propositions
• Identify specific customer needs and requirements
• Complete the customer registration process from start to finish
• Complete the credit application / approval process
• Provide commercial support during business implementations and trials for all products
• Provides service requirements based on direct customer feedback to assist in vendor qualification and selection
• Provides commercial feedback for pricing / rate negotiation with vendors
• Sales Process steps: Opportunity – Identifying, Qualifying, Quoting, Negotiating, Closing; Implementation – New Customer Onboarding, Integration, Go-Live
• Any special assignment by superior
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or equivalent
• 8-10 years Experience in the fields Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, functions in Freight Forwarding or Import/Export
• Excellent command of English spoken and written
• Computer literate (MS office and Power Point)
• Excellent customer service mind
• Commercial skills
• Negotiation skills
• Relationship building
• Problem-solving & solution orientation
• Working under pressure
