Customer Service Officer (Customs Clearance)
About this position
The Customer Service Officer (Customs Clearance) is responsible for managing the customs process for import shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and coordinating with various parties to facilitate timely delivery and billing.
Responsibilities
• Prepare customs process for import shipment with correctly detail
• To understand and check the correctness of required document that customer provided before process the customs clearance, such as FTA form, WTO license, any other government agency license in order to avoid any customs case.
• Coordinate with all concerned parties, including liners, trucker, customer, inter -branch, inter – company
• Preparing shipment report which are required by customer and update the status of the shipment to customer on time
• Arrange the truck for deliver the shipment to customers
• Preparing the completed document with all original receipt and summarize all cost to billing on time
• Able to manage the responsible task to meet the KPI target
• Fill / Key-in shipment data into the required system
• Any special assignment by superior
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 Years in related field
• Good knowledge in Customs clearance process
• Excellent knowledge in Customer Service and highly service minded mentality
