About this position

The Supervisor Customs Clearance - CS is responsible for overseeing the customs clearance process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing a team to facilitate efficient import operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a tariff to correct using various client privilege including compliance with the customs regulations of importing as well as import permits
• Draft import entry sheet with correctness and recheck customs duty and tariff for customer
• Preparation set of import entry with immediately after sent to the paperless system and handover to customs clearance operation to process the customs formally
• Duty cheque arrangement under the terms and conditions of each customer
• To provide and booking the truck with sub-contractor and includes specialized equipment - labor for loading/unloading cargo as customer’s required
• Preparing KPI/Monthly report by record in system and submit to department managers in each month
• To supervise and manage the sea freight customs clearance team
• Any assignment from the superior

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field
• 4-5 Years working experience in the same field
• Excellent Experience in the Customs Import Clearance Process
• Knowledge in customs Regulations and privileges
• Fair command of English spoken/written
• Good connection with customs department and related Government Agencies
• Excellent knowledge of Harmonized Code and Customs Import rules & regulations
• Free Trade Agreement and privilege
