About this position
Responsibilities
• Creating comprehensive, creative and innovative proposals for complex opportunities adhering to customer requirements as well as standards
• Central solution engineering & design management
• Closely work with sales team to understand customer needs
• Deep analysis of customer needs to obtain all necessary data
• Coordination of all stakeholders in solution design, including sales, procurement, products, legal, finance, HR, IT and other supporting sales functions
• Propose solutions based on best market practices
• Consider operational integration in proposal design
• Conduct customer P+L calculation
• Design, calculate and prepare final proposal
• Rework / Redesign solution to meet customer expectation
• Consulting in transition and project implementation
• Maintain a solution design library
• Sales Process – Opportunity : Designing Proposal and Closing
Requirements
• Extensive experience in solution engineering, design, or a related field
• Deep understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain industry
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders
• A strong customer focus to ensure solutions meet or exceed customer expectations
