Supply Chain Solution Division Manager (at Rama3)
About this position
The Supply Chain Solution Division Manager at Rama3 is responsible for managing and optimizing transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely and quality supply to customers, while also developing relationships with clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility of manage, monitor, and control transportation according to planning and coordinating with the warehouse, Sale team to achieved On-Time In-Full (OTIF) target by ensure the supply to customers are on time with correct quality, quantity and safely.
• Manage the distribution and transportation operation processes by monitoring the third-party logistics (3 PL) or transporters to ensure smooth operation and make the whole process more fluent to reduce the transportation cost.
• Participate in regular customer visits/meetings to develop and strengthen rapport and provide suitable solutions to clients on operational related support/needs.
• Planning and oversee warehouse management.
• Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Improve transportation employees and warehouse employees by coaching and training program to ensure team members are fully engaged and enabled to achieved KPI.
• Participate in periodic operations related reporting, meetings and projects/Represents and takes lead in driving improvements with both internal and external parties to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide regular supply chain reports and forecasts to the Senior Vice President and Top Management.
• Support warehouse & transportation in all tasks assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics.
• Experience 5 years Knowledge of Logistics service, preferably in integrated sales function or logistics solution sales.
• Good command of both spoken and written (able to deal with international supplier / Clients) English.
• Able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, decision making skills, and negotiation skills.
• Good Skills in MS Office.
• Excellent presentation, communication and service-mind.
• lf worked in the sales department of freight forwarder company would be an advantage.
