About this position
The Senior Customer Experience Executive at Leo Self Storage is responsible for interacting with customers, processing inquiries, and maintaining customer records while ensuring a high level of service efficiency.
Responsibilities
• lnteract with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services through social media channels.
• Keep records & follow up of customer interactions and transactions
• Data collection and record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, customer data
• Updating database and monthly report
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Perform other related/additional assignments when needed
• Self-motivate and pro-active to reach team monthly target & goal
• Maintains a neat, clean, safe and secure facility including daily lock checks as well as visual inspection daily.
Requirements
• 2-5 Years Experience in customer service or marketing is a plus
• Able to work independently at fast working pace
• Good command in English and computer skill
