About this position
The Sales Manager at Rama3 is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and managing relationships with suppliers and agents to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, ensuring ongoing training and development.
• Develop sales team through positive thinking approach, selling skills counseling and enhance product knowledge.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Top Management.
• Manage strategic suppliers and oversee agent relationships.
• Manage assigned special projects or assignments from the Senior Vice President of Sales and Top management.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree in logistics, Marketing, Management or other related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding, logistics, airlines, and shipping lines industries.
• Being able to analyze sales data to effectively launch the necessary sales strategies.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, including air/sea/multimodal freight forwarding.
• Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
• Extensive in team leadership.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
• Good Skills in MS Office.
• Outgoing with a good personality.
• Must have own car.
