About this position
Advantis Leo (Thailand) Co. Ltd. is a strategic collaboration between Hayleys Advantis Limited and Leo Global Logistics PLC, providing third-party logistics solutions in Thailand and the CLMV region, including services in warehousing, distribution, value-added services, and freight solutions.
Responsibilities
• Seek new customers and increase sales revenue from existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs, focusing on high-performance standards.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, deliver customized logistics solutions, and submit timely reports on sales activities and results.
• Manage key accounts by providing excellent service, regular visits, and building strong customer relationships to promote the brand.
• Support sales promotion and marketing of freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Ensure timely debt collection in adherence to company credit policies.
• Monitor and control department expenses to optimize operations and cost management.
• Represent Advantis Freight at business councils and chambers to establish new contacts.
• Identify new trade lanes through market analysis and recommend strategies for growth.
• Handle additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 year experienced in sales function (Preferably for Logistics and Freight Forwarder).
• Able to communicate in both spoken and written English.
• Smooth communicate.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Own car with driving license.
