About this position

ADVANTIS LEO (THAILAND) CO. LTD is a strategic collaboration between Hayleys Advantis Limited and Leo Global Logistics PLC, providing third-party logistics solutions in Thailand and the CLMV region, including warehousing, distribution, value-added services, and freight solutions.

Responsibilities

• Seek new customers and increase sales revenue from existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs, focusing on high-performance standards.
• Collaborate with BD, CEO, and planning team to ensure organized plans meeting customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and truck owners, while increasing revenue from existing and new clients.
• Support sales promotion and marketing of cross-border trucking services.
• Assist sales personnel, manage customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets.
• Coordinate sales activities, manage accounts, and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, and provide proposals to potential customers.
• Submit timely reports to Sales Manager and VP of Sales.
• Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and achieve company budget targets.
• Handle additional tasks as directed by the Line Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 year experienced in sales function (Preferably for Industrial and Freight Forwarder).
• Able to communicate in both spoken and written English.
• Smooth communicate both inside and overseas.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Own car with driving license.
