According to the growth of the Business for Aerospace Industries, we would like to have the energetic and dynamic person to be a part of Leistritz Group. Our factory Leistritz Thailand is located at Pinthong 1 Industrial Estate, Sriracha, Chonburi.

About this position

Would you like to be the 1st sales person of a German premium brand in the Thai market? Start with defining the market growth strategy, building up the sales channel and at the end become the General Manager of our Thai Sales Company in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a growth strategy for Thailand including marketing and sales activities for the next 2-3 years
• Continuously analysing market trends and competitors in order to adapt the chosen strategy
• Represent our company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
• Build the distribution channel through importers
• Support importers and distributors through product and application training of sales staff, active selling at joint end customer events and planning of campaigns
• Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
• Start and maintain co-operation with multipliers in the Thai market
• Support the Headquarters organisation in relation to local legal requirements and compliance with the Code of Conduct
• Reports regularly to the Export Manager and the Head of Global Sales at the German headquarters

Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales experience in Thailand in the tool or installation industry
• Excellent sales skills in a retail environment and high entrepreneurial drive
• Strong leadership, social and interpersonal skills
• Very distinct Hands-on mentality
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A positive attitude, innovative, creative and solution orientated
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment
• High level of customer focus
• Able to communicate very well in English
• Experience of working with German head offices and/or family businesses would be an advantage
