About this position

To be responsible for managing and overseeing in maintenance department consist of strategy provide, planning, implementation, monitoring and supervise on technical activities in maintenance - utilities include installation, reparation and development according to company’s facilities, system management as in line with Business objective and Goal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guideline to staff in maintenance team for the job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and development job results; implementing and develop personal growth opportunities, systems, policies, and procedures according to the business objective and KPIs.
• Completes operations in maintenance team by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities with manage and controls expenses by gathering as well as submitting budget information; scheduling expenditures, spare parts using; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Supervise and implementing of quality services providing by enforcing preventative maintenance system for all machinery/equipment and utility services including improvement of professional and technical knowledge and know-how.
• Manage, monitoring and maintains relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Supervised on Develop personnel for training plans and strategy for maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance the routine maintenance, Utilities as well as Energy activities and conservation with Company policies on an environmental health and safety policy.
• Manage and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results for supporting to the company policies as needed.
• Coordinate production activities with all other functions of the organization and maintain production capacity with utilization of machines and equipment.
• Work closely with team to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees.
• Be able to stand by in case of equipment, machine or its facilities problems which need to be fixed on urgent basis.
• Work upon supervisor’s assignments or any other job duties as assign.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher of Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in machinery and equipment maintenance including with new mach.
