About this position

The HR Specialist (Recruiting and Development) is responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing training programs, and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective HR practices align with company strategies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with line manager to get requirement and qualification to meet with the company strategy and timeline; including the job description reviews, recruitment tools and method and etc.
• Handle all processes day-to-day activities of recruitment & selection placing the advertisement, correspondence with the candidate, prescreening and interview process, completing selection process before hiring process.
• Provide analytical on documented recruiting reports, recruitment strategy as well organized on the effective recruitment and selection.
• Review to develop and implement of recruitment activities and maintain database, method to in line with system standard
• Develop an effective training program and plan by cover all training need analysis for the whole company.
• Prepare and conduct orientation programme to the new staff as well as co-operate with others department in LTL.
• Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
• Maintain the training records, expense including the training evaluation and other relate documents completely.
• Implementation, review and develop HR tools for development programme according to the gap analysis.
• Working with the others department and/or line supervisor-manager for the recruitment process of new staff, internship as company strategy.
• Arrange the training courses and coordinate until training course are successful.
• Submit reports to the government as required by local legislation.
• Provide and support HR’s activities and other projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in human resource management, Public administration, Business Management or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR recruitment and development functions in manufacturing environment
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills are required.
• Service minded, result-oriented with “Can Do” attitude.
• Good computer literacy and demonstrable expertise with MS Office including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook
• Good command of English language in reading, written and oral communication
• Proven team working, Self-motivated, open-minded, and innovative thinking, and proactive with people development attitude
• Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
• Having working knowledge in HRM-HRD
• Having knowledge on Thai Labor Law, Government Liaison coordination
• HRM, innovation, planning, coordination, Inter personnel skill, computer skill, English communications, team work, negotiation, time management, implementation, monitoring, integrity, organization skills.
