Telesales Officer
About this position
The Telesales Officer is responsible for reaching out to customers, consulting their needs, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our products and services.
• Consulting to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
• Closing sales deals.
• Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
• Monitoring sales performance by day, week, month.
• Track and keep a record of calls and relevant details by sales CRM system.
• Prepare and present achievements with individual OKRs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Proven experiences as a Telesales Officer with at least 1 years.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience in Telesales and consultant in education business would be highly advantageous.
• Working Monday to Friday : 09:00 am. - 18:00 pm.
