About this position

The Research and Development Executive is responsible for developing research programs to enhance existing products and explore new product potential, utilizing various data collection methods and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products
• Use various data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and digital analytics tools
• Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment
• Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products
• Create, develop or improve for new and/or existing products
• Analyze research data to identify patterns, trends, and insights
• Develop customer personas and profiles based on research data
• Provide insights on competitive positioning and opportunities for differentiation
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Product Marketing, Academic and Teachers
• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights
• Manage customer relationships and perform RFP reviews, customer visits, and product testing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business preferred
• 3+ years of related business and R&D, Product Develop
• Great Project Management skills
• Great problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills are also important
• The ability to communicate well with customers, colleagues, and lower-level staff
• Strong analyst data skill
