Performance Marketing Section Manager
About this position
The Performance Marketing Section Manager is responsible for developing and implementing online ad strategies, analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting market and competitor analysis.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive online ad strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
• Continuously optimize ads by refining targeting, bidding strategies, and creative content to ensure the highest return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor, analyze, and adjust ongoing campaigns based on performance metrics, including A/B testing to identify the best-performing elements.
• Analyze sales data and campaign performance to evaluate the success of marketing efforts.
• Identify trends and insights from performance data to enhance future campaigns and increase sales.
• Oversee and manage advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources while meeting revenue goals.
• Allocate budgets across various channels and campaigns, making adjustments as necessary based on performance and ROI.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing spend and improving the overall efficiency of marketing expenditures.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to ensure that advertising efforts align with business goals and product launches.
• Work closely with the analytics team to track campaign performance and refine strategies for better targeting and audience segmentation.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, emerging advertising technologies, and best practices in online marketing.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improve the company’s competitive positioning in the market.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on managing online ad campaigns and sales analysis.
• Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in managing budgets and optimizing spend across multiple campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
