About this position

Drive e-commerce growth through strategy and hands-on execution across existing and new channels, including the e-commerce website, social commerce (TikTok Shop, etc.), marketplaces, and affiliate programs. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize online revenue and expand reach across paid and organic channels.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce Growth: Manage and enhance the existing e-commerce website to meet revenue and customer retention targets.
• Performance Marketing: Lead paid and organic strategies to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions across all digital channels.
• Channel Development: Expand existing channels and establish new ones, including social commerce, marketplaces, and affiliate programs.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external consultants to execute cohesive, performance-driven digital strategies.
• Strategic & Hands-On: Balance high-level strategy with direct involvement in critical projects and channel management.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, channel growth, and platform management.
• Skills: Strong in analytics, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
