About this position

The Customer Relationship Management Section Manager is responsible for leading CRM initiatives, managing consumer databases, and driving customer retention and loyalty through effective data analytics and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Initiate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Fully and lead consumer database management, consumer data-driven as well as Focuses on driving customer retention and loyalty.
• Manage the customer journey of the loyalty program and work with other teams to centralize and offer the benefit to customer
• Manage data analytics, identify potential customers and drive project Customer Relationship Management in corporate
• Execute data analytics and campaign analysis by ensuring the database is segmented effectively for data-driven marketing activities to help grow commercial opportunities
• Ensure effective segmentation of database for targeted communications
• Update skilling internally for latest Customer Relationship Management and data trends and sharing best practices and benchmarking to the division
• Driving the Customer Relationship Management and Data analysis for business insights and develop plans for activations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 5 years of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
• Excellent communication skills that will ensure effective conveyance of information and execution in a cross-functional setting
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and experience with CRM tools
• Good analytical skills and using analytic tools are preferable (Excel , etc.)
• Data background and knowledge will be a plus
• interested in the education industry will be considered
