About this position

As a member of Human Resources Team, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible to all aspects of Human Resource and General Affairs to support the company business and comply with global HR strategy and policies.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include the following:
• Develop HR strategies and tools to support company policies and achieve goals and objectives.
• Advise top management and line managers on employee issues.
• Develop and improve HR practices and procedures, including job analysis, job leveling, manpower planning, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
• Develop employees and establish a succession plan across the organization.
• Ensure the company’s compensation and benefits program is competitive.
• Keep work rules and regulations up to date and enforce compliance.
• Ensure the plant’s safety activities comply with safety and environmental laws.
• Monitor and follow up on transportation and other services to ensure effectiveness.
• Oversee general affairs administration, such as stationery control, guest reception, and plant cleanliness.
• Complete and present the monthly MOS report.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of HR management experience, including 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of key labor laws (Labor Protection Act, Labor Relations Act, Act on Labor Court Procedures, Safety Laws).
• Familiarity with EMS ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949:2016, and 5S activities.
• Proven leadership and strategic management abilities.
• Willing to work at Rayong, Thailand.
