PMO - Leadership Development Partner (CP Leadership Institute)
About this position
Responsible for planning and executing group-wide Leadership Development Program with external consultants to ensure the success of Leadership participants.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with external consultants in planning and executing the Leadership Development program.
• Prepare program guidelines, facilities, logistics, and materials to specifications provided by external consultants.
• Act as a contact point to program participants in communicating program information and responding to questions.
• Follow up and monitor the progress of project assignments as well as team and individual development agendas.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with program participants and external consultants to summarise development progress.
• Participate in workshop facilitation in all aspects to accelerate participants learning and ensure workshop objectives are achieved.
• Guide presentations and business case development to participants according to the standard of external consultants.
• Assist Leadership participants with any execution tasks recommended by external consultants.
• Perform tracking of the company's core strategic projects.
Requirements
• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5 - 10 years in learning and development, leadership development, or organizational development.
• Experience in HR consulting firm is a plus.
• Hands-on project management experience and attention to detail.
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, interpersonal, coaching, and project management.
• Ability to facilitate training in both Thai and English.
• Communicate and interact effectively with Executive and Senior Leadership level.
