About this position
Responsibilities
âĒ Work closely with external consultants in planning and executing the Leadership Development program.
âĒ Prepare program guidelines, facilities, logistics, and materials to specifications provided by external consultants.
âĒ Act as a contact point to program participants in communicating program information and responding to questions.
âĒ Follow up and monitor the progress of project assignments as well as team and individual development agendas.
âĒ Conduct weekly check-ins with program participants and external consultants to summarise development progress.
âĒ Participate in workshop facilitation in all aspects to accelerate participants learning and ensure workshop objectives are achieved.
âĒ Guide presentations and business case development to participants according to the standard of external consultants.
âĒ Assist Leadership participants with any execution tasks recommended by external consultants.
âĒ Perform tracking of the company's core strategic projects.
Requirements
âĒ Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
âĒ 5 - 10 years in learning and development, leadership development, or organizational development.
âĒ Experience in HR consulting firm is a plus.
âĒ Hands-on project management experience and attention to detail.
âĒ Excellent skills in communication, presentation, interpersonal, coaching, and project management.
âĒ Ability to facilitate training in both Thai and English.
âĒ Communicate and interact effectively with Executive and Senior Leadership level.
