About this position

The Vice President, Special Project Logistics (Mandarin Speaking) will lead large-scale projects aimed at the company's strategic commercialization efforts, fostering business growth through sustainable solutions and strong partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects focusing on company's strategic commercialization effort.
• Design sustainable solutions that positively impact both clients and the organization, fostering business growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to foster business collaborations and partnerships.
• Oversee implementation and change management, ensuring projects are delivered on target and meet objectives.
• Optimize resource allocation, lead team development, and enhance project execution and team efficiency.
• Conduct project analytics and reporting to provide data-driven insights for decision-making and maintain project transparency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt to market changes, contributing to the company's strategic development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 7 years of project management experience, with a preference for experience in large, complex projects, especially in the e-commerce industry.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills to motivate the team and achieve objectives.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a PMP certification being a plus, capable of effectively managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Speak fluently in Bahasa, English, and Chinese.
