Senior Associate, Product Operations XSpace-Customer Care
About this position
This role focuses on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Lazada's XSpace CRM tool, which empowers customer care agents to deliver a seamless experience for buyers and sellers. As an Operations Associate, you will work closely with various stakeholders to optimize XSpace functionality, manage user feedback, and drive product improvements.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Product management: Analyzing user feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with Product Design team to enhance XSpace features.
• Operational excellence: Planning daily activities, providing support to in-house operations team and agents, and managing the product backlog.
• Campaign & launch support: Preparing for and executing major campaigns and promotions, and assisting with XSpace product launches.
• Strategic initiatives: Leading projects to improve customer care processes, analyzing data, and recommending solutions to address challenges.
Requirements

• A strong understanding of CRM systems and technical skills to navigate the platform.
• Data analytics expertise, including SQL proficiency.
