Senior Associate, Linehaul and Shuttle Network Planning
About this position
Responsibilities
• Draft file for SOP, Quick Reference Guide & Work Instruction of Linehaul and Shuttle, and have approval/signed by management level.
• Design and optimize the linehaul and shuttle network to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze the routes, schedules, and capacity utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze volume forecasting and network performance to generate capacity planning of the overall network.
• Manage relationship with stakeholders across different function, especially Operation and Logistic Strategy team.
• Maintaining the transfer route and transit link to make sure all the lane connected and meet the SLA.
• Conduct root cause analysis for network inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
• Lead and participate in initiatives/project to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in Business Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Previous Experience: Min. 3 years in operation excellence, LHS planning, capacity planning, or related logistics role.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and other data analysis tools; SQL is a plus.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Have good critical thinking, judgement, decision making, and problem solving skills as part of ability to connect the dots based on data.
