About this position

Senior Associate, First Mile Network Planning responsible for optimizing, improving, and configuring the operational efficiency of the first mile network by managing the plan of units and trips across nation wide. This role requires strategic planning, data analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders especially operational team to ensure the movement planned can be implemented smoothly. The position focuses on continuous improvement, cost optimization and configuration movement in the system while make sure the planned are align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Draft file for governance, Quick Reference Guide & Work Instruction of first mile operating model and have approval/signed by management level.
• Design and optimize the first mile routing network to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze the routes, schedules, and capacity utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze volume forecasting and network performance to generate capacity planning of the overall network.
• Manage relationship with stakeholders across different function, especially Operation and Logistic Strategy team.
• Maintaining the balancing route, and sellers migration process.
• Conduct root cause analysis for network inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
• Lead and participate in initiatives/project to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in Business Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Previous Experience: Min. 3 years as operation excellence and business management in logistics area.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership and vision required for managing large teams, along with critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
