Manager/ Senior Manager, Payments Operation Excellence
About this position
Responsibilities
• Growth Strategy Development: Design, implement, and optimize growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for our payment solutions.
• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced SQL queries to analyze complex datasets, identify growth opportunities, and generate actionable insights.
• Experimentation: Develop and execute A/B tests to evaluate campaign effectiveness, improve product features, increasing conversion rates and enhance the user experience.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, user retention, and revenue growth.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless implementation of growth initiatives.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Advanced SQL Querying for data analysis with strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.
• Experience in online retail / ecommerce, online digital payments business.
• Experience in A/B Testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively to stakeholders such as finance and product.
• Ability to communicate in English as this is a regional role.
