About this position
The Manager Performance Management (PMI) is responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies to support business growth and enhance organizational performance.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies to support business growth.
• Design and optimize the performance management process to ensure fair and transparent Standards, fostering company growth and development.
• Analyzing performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Preparing and presenting reports to management on performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with various departments to analyze business data, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose and execute improvement initiatives.
• Leading or supporting change initiatives aimed at enhancing performance and adapting to new challenges or strategic directions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, mathematics, computer science or related field.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in logistics, e-Commerce or fast-paced industries.
• Familiarity with performance management theories and practices, with strong analytical skills on derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities to drive change in a complex environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa and English with Chinese being a plus point.
